Online & Mail Reporting

Online & Mail Reporting

UC Davis and UC ANR allow for reporting concerns online through various options by any person (whether or not the complainant) about any of our any of our complaint types. When submitting a report online or by mail, please provide as much information as possible. Submitting a report with incomplete information will reduce the University’s ability to respond to the allegations.

You are always welcome to call HDAPP to learn more about the process prior to reporting your concerns. For information about the process, we encourage you to review Understanding the Process and Policies & Procedures.

Online Reporting Methods

We strive to respond to reports within 1 to 2 business days.  If you do not hear from a University official regarding your submission after 2 business days, please feel free to contact HDAPP

Mail Reporting

The timing on when your report gets delivered depends on numerous variables, including where you sent the mail from. If you believe your mailed report should have been delivered and have not heard from us, we encourage you to contact HDAPP to see if your report has been received.

In the mailed report, we encourage you to provide the same information that is requested in our Report Hate and Bias Portal. For example, it is helpful to know the details of the concerns, your contact information, and desired resolutions. If you do not include your contact information, please see our Anonymous Reporting page to understand the limitations this may cause.
